New London Synagogue
FRM were retained as Project Managers and Clients’ Rep for the installation of contemporary ‘Cyril Korn’ stain glass windows. The window, designed by Josh Baum with Ofir Miller, celebrate the land and poetry of Israel. Each focuses on a different area of land – from the Golan in the North (closest to the entrance) to the Eilat in the South. Different geographies are reflected in designs rich in colour and imagery. Dancing calligraphy draws from the Hebrew Bible, liturgy and mediaeval & modern poetry.
The finished product prior to unveiling to the congregation.
